Merry Christmas to us: PUPO!

We just got home from transferring two beautiful 5 day blasts! My RE said everything looked great. I'm now laid up in bed, thinking of takin a nap since I didn't get much sleep last night. Merry Christmas everyone!
TTC #1 - June '10 dx - LPD,2% Morph

IUI #2 Ectopic. 2 MTX dosages = left tube blocked.
IVF #1 11/17: Long Lupron 12/6: started stims. ER: 12/19 half ICSI ET: 12/24

It worked! 1/2 Beta #1: 151 Beta #2: 354

12/2/11 - IUI #1- BFN
8/1/12 - IVF #1 - Zero response from max stims (600iu intramuscularly)
My ovaries seem to be just for decoration

12/6/12 - Adopted five embryos that had been frozen for over ten years!
2/11/13 - Thawed four, sadly two didn't survive. Transferred two beautiful blasts.

2/16/13 - First BFP of my life!
3/27/13 - No heartbeat at 9w0d. D&C the following day.

4/23/13 - Matched to adopt five new embryos!

Married 8/14/10 * TTC since Aug 2010 * Met with RE in Feb 2012 * DH: low motility, low sperm count, elevated FSH * Me: Stage 4 Endometriosis * Laparotomy to remove endo in May 2012 * June 2012 - DH on Rx to hopefully increase count/quality * Re-tested sperm 10/22/12, count/quality have both dropped * IVF #1 w/ICSI * Transferred 2 beautiful embryos on 2/18/13 * Beta #1 3/1/13 - 636!!!  I have a question for you since I am considering IVF soon, is it REALLY that terribly intensive on our bodies?

TTC Since 6/12 regular periods ME-33, unexplained IF DH-34, healthy 10/12 50mg of clomid-no response-BFN 11/12 100mg of clomid-1 mature follicle-IUI #1=BFN 12/8/12 clear HSG 12/12 100mg of clomid-2 mature follicles-IUI #2=BFN 1/13 5mg femara un-monitored TI, BFN 2/13 7.5mg femara 2 mature follicles, IUI#3 BFN 3/13 7.5MG femara TI=BFN 3/29 Hysteroscopy-looked perfect 4/1 Started Acupuncture for my IVF cycle 4/13 IVF #1 .75 Menopur & 150 Gonal-F 4/24 ER 10 eggs retrieved, 7 Fertilized. 4/29 ET 6 Blasts, Put 2 back in and froze 4. 5/7 BFP!!! 5/17 1 gestational sac! I'm cautiously optimistic!

2nd ectopic resulted in loss of tube. HSG revealed remaining tube is "severely torqued".
IVF #1: ER 03/29/10; ET 04/01/10: transferred 2 embies; Beta #1 (9dp3dt)- 45; Beta #2 (11dp3dt)- 91= BFP
FET#1: ET 04/18/12: transferred 4 embies; Beta #1: >2 = BFN
IVF #2: ER 06/20/12; ET 6/25/12: transferred 2 embies; Beta #1 on 7/5/12= BFN
8/16: hysteroscopy for polyp removal
11/11: hysteroscopy #2 for yet another polyp removal
FET#2: ET 12/15/12: transferred 3 embies; Beta #1 (9dp5dt): 12/24/12: 426; Beta #2 (11dp5dt): 845= BFP
u/s 1/9= triplets!; miscarried all three on 1/10/13

me-36 PCOS, Tubal Problems, and polyps removed 7-12
DH - 36 extremely handsome and no fertility problems
IUI 8-12 and 9-12 failed
IVF 12-21-2012 - 2 I think perfect no matter what the dr graded them (2B)embryos transferred Beta on 12-31-12 Positve - Beta is 21
Beta 2 1-2-13 - 31
Beta 3 1-4-13 - 53
Beta 4 1/9 - 212!
Ultrasound 1/10 - Nothing completely empty uterus Beta 1/14 - 743; Beta 1/17 - 1704 ultrasound shows nothing. Officially a miscarriage. 1/21 Beta 3900 Dr. says it ectopic. Ultrasound shows a miracle heartbeat right in the uterus where it belongs! Dr. says I can be cautiously optomistic!!! Hang in there baby!

B/W & SA: All normal
September 2012: Lap & Hysteroscopy = Blocked left tube, Damaged right tube (Hydrosalpinx).
February 2013: IVF #1: transferred 1 blast = BFN. 12 frosties.
May 2013: FET #1: transferred 2 blasts = BFN.
Next step... Surgery to remove both tubes: 7/12/13. IF sucks :(

I found it to be tolerable.  By taking it one day at a time, it really wasn't that bad. That's not saying the medication at times didn't suck though. My advice is to get a good RE and try not to get overwhelmed by it all.  Good luck with everything!
