Second time mom, all new symptoms

I'm almost 6 weeks pregnant with my second. When I was prego with my DS, I had horrible food aversions and lost almost 8lbs in the first tri. I also had an incredibly sensitive sense of smell. This time, nada. No m/s, no aversions. Just bloated and really tired. I've had a few moments of queasiness here and there, but most of the time I'm fine. I know I should be feeling lucky not to be suffering so much this time, but it's freaking me out. I rely on those symptoms to let me know the pregnancy is healthy and baby is growing strong. Without them, I'm constantly worried about how the baby is doing. Anyone else going through this? Any moms with kids experience different pregnancy experiences each time?

Symptoms are not a sign of how pregnant you are, they come and go. Symptoms are different with each woman and each pregnancy. Try to relax and enjoy not throwing up.

Symptoms are not a sign of a "healthy" pregnancy. Many people have healthy pregnancies with little to no symptoms at all. Enjoy not having symptoms this may be an easy pregnancy for you.

As a side note my previous pregnancies had very little symptoms with no m/s...This one I have a lot of nausea, they are all different but doesn't mean any of them are less viable.

each one of my pgs had different symptoms.  for the first two, I never threw-up but was nauseous.  This time around, I have completely different symptoms. . tired, gas, hunger, slightly nauseous.

I had no symptoms with DD.  However, this time I've had more nausea.  I guess every pregnancy/baby is different!

Agree with previous posters who said that symptoms do not make you any more or less pregnant. Having said that, though, this time round, my boobs have not grown yet, nor are they tender when last time that was the first thing that happened and I was in agony with how very tender they were. The other night I had a moment of 'wait. Oh no. What if that means I'm not pregnant anymore?!' Totally illogical, but I broke out a digital test and got a Positive right away and my mind is at ease and I shall not play the worry game any more. I'm just going to enjoy the differences in my pregnancies.

I think you get the gist of what PP's said.  I'm having the same thing. Last time I had bad MS, indigestion, sore bb's, and crazy food aversions. This time hardly anything. I have some ms and food aversions but it comes and goes. Today I feel awesome! And I'm glad because today I want to eat like crazy.
