Merry Christmas!

Hoping everyone has a great Christmas. This Christmas I noticed how different our experience is from others (ie, DD hates the noise, hates Santa, not really into presents) but it's still really fun for her!

This will be the first family get together where we can say she was dx with autism and let people know about her schooling, therapies, etc. Should be interesting lol! Lots of autistic cousins in the family (figuritely and literally lol). Some will be very helpful and encouraging and some will deny I am sure.

I am just so thrilled Olivia can say Merry Christmas now and sing Jingle Bells. That made my Christmas.

Olivia Kate is almost 4! Diagnosed with autism this year and doing great!

My kids won't go anywhere near santa either. We avoid the mall like the plague when santa is there.

Merry Christmas!  I was just happy my little guy tore a little bit at one present and at least smiled and was in a pleasant mood this morning :-)  Keeping it low key at home today with just our little family, movies and food and it's good!

Fragile X test: Normal CGG repeats. Back to the drawing board. Next up - Developmental Pediatrician appointment. Lilypie Kids Birthday tickers Adrian - Full day Kindergarten. IEP for speech and attention. Will revisit and modify later this year.
