Milk supply help, where did the milk go?

Hello,  my LO is 9 weeks old today.  He has always cried/screamed after every feeding since birth.  We are treating him for reflux and there was 1 or 2 weeks that it seemed better when we initially started the medicine and when we increased the dosage.  I initially had an oversupply and tried single sided feeding and now it seems that my milk supply is very low.   He went down in percentiles (from 75% to 50%) at the 8 week check up and his rate of weight gain was slower so I switched back to feeding by both breasts.  His diapers seem fuller now but I don't think my supply has improved.  I just started pumping to increase supply but I am not getting anything out.  I did not have a supply issue with my twins so I'm pretty depressed about this.  I started drinking mother's milk tea and pumping after every feed.  Any other suggestions?

 TIA

I forgot to mention that with his reflux he doesn't want to feed very long at breast anymore and pulls off screaming.  I think this contributed to the decrease in breast emptying too.

Yeah, if he's not stimulating the breast, your supply will drop quickly without pumping.  Try eating oatmeal, lactation cookies, drinking Mother's Milk Tea or even taking fenugreek.  Pump diligently.  Maybe try power pumping once a day for a few days. (Pump 10 minutes rest 10 minutes pump 10 minutes rest 10 minutes repeat. For a full hour.)

I actually seen an increase in my supply when I went back to work because I went from feeding on demand about every 1.5 to 2.5 hours where he'd empty one breast and maybe have a little snack from the other to pumping every 2.5 hours and emptying both breasts.
