Rolling in sleep

DD sleeps on her tummy. Every time I have put her down for a nap today, she'll roll over on her back and fall asleep but wake up in like 10 minutes because she's uncomfortable and doesn't know how to roll back. Any ideas on how to keep her from rolling over?
