another induction birth story

This is pretty late, but I haven't been on tb in a while bc I've been taking care of a newborn! Caroline was born Dec 15th, her EDD!
So here's my induction story... Complete with pit, cytotec, foley bulb and an epi!
I went to my OB on the 13th and my AFI was still low, around 7. I asked when she was on call and she said the 14th and that she'd like for me to be induced. We decides this would be the safest option.

I went in on Dec 14th and they started pit at 11 am. I was getting regular ctx and they were actually pretty bearable. Well, my labor ended up stalling and my OB decided to turn off the pit and try cytotec. That was pretty painful. By 2 am I was still only 2 cm. My OB said it felt as if my cervix was being held together by adhesions. I got the epi and she manually dilated me using the foley bulb. I was extremely comfortable and relaxed.
By 8:00 am on her due date, I was fully dilated and ready to push. Only 40 mins later my LO was born. She had a nucchal cord but came out crying a good, strong cry!
She was 6 lb 13 oz and we are in love! The 22 hours of labor were completely worth it!
