I read a lot of romance novels. I got a rec from someone on here for Sylvia Day. I've read Bared to You which is contemporary and all of her historical fiction stuff. It's formulaic, but sometimes that's just what you need. Like any kind of chick flick :)
Tina Fey's book is funny, as is the first Stephen Colbert book (if you like him...the second was so-so).
