First gender dream

I've been waiting to see what my dream would tell me the gender of my baby is.....well I got the answer last night.

It was the coolest way to find out ever.  I was laying down and the baby was moving like crazy.  When I touched my belly, it became almost like having x-ray vision to an ultrasound - there were all kinds of crazy colors and everything.  So I kept my finger on my belly and while the baby was moving around, he flashed us his bits.  

 

With Hudson, we were team green.  I had a total of 4 dreams.  2 of which told me I was having a boy, one I don't recall completely, and the third someone told me the baby laying on the porch was mine but it was a little girl and I kept denying she was mine because I didn't have a girl.

I guess we will find out at the end of January if my dream is correct!!!  :)

Interesting dream!

I had all boy dreams when I was pregnant with DD up until I found out he was a girl, then I didn't really have many.

I've had at least four baby girl dreams this time. Most of which are about pushing her out of my vag [because I'm really determined to have a VBAC] and fighting over what to name her [because we can't agree] lol.

I never had any baby dreams with DS.

This time I keep having them but the theme always revolves around me leaving the baby somewhere (forgetting I have a 2nd kid) or putting him in a bag or backpack and forgetting about it.

The baby is always a boy though.

In all of my dreams, ever since we started TTC, I've given birth to boys. Some were very vivid. Well, we're having boy. I thought it was a neat coincidence.

You totes have an extra one hiding in there. One of each!

I highly doubt that happens anymore today because almost all women (in the U.S. at least...) get at least 1 ultrasound while pregnant. But when my Aunt had her boys 40 something years ago, she found out when she delivered that there were two of them =)

I've had two boy dreams so far.  We find out January 25th if the dreams are mirroring reality.  Lots of excited waiting until then!  Merry Christmas, everyone!

With DD I had all girl dreams. With this pregnancy I have had all girl dreams and this baby is a boy.

The night we found out this LO is a boy I had a dream that someone gave me a box full of hair bows and I started crying saying I couldn't use these on him.

I had a dream the other night that this was a girl… but in my dream I burst in to tears upset about the news.  In my dream I was so upset I was having a girl- but in real life I never really felt that way.  For about an hour after I woke up I told DH that we should be team green because I was afraid I would be upset by this news IRL.  Then I remembered I was impatient, and that I would not be upset IRL about a girl, so we are back to finding out in two weeks.
