I am really happy, but worried since it's my first pregnancy. I have cramping.

Unless cramping is severe and accompanied by bright red bleeding/flow, you shouldn't worry about it.

DX with ectopic pregnancy at 8 weeks, surgery to remove right tube 01/18/13
Both ovaries and left tube looked healthy and clear, so we'll see what the future holds for us.
