We had Christmas Eve last night, because I work tonight and tomorrow. It was the first year I have hosted. We had 16 people total (11 adults and 5 kids). I made everything, with the exception of a Red Velvet Cake and Monkey Bread myself. It was a bit stressful and I basically cooked/cleaned/prepped Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but all the hard work was worth it. My feet are killing me!
We had Sausage Balls, Stuffed Mushrooms and a Cheese Ball for appetizers. For dinner we had Bourbon Glazed Ham, scalloped potatoes, macaroni and cheese, green bean casserole, cinnamon apples and yeast rolls. For dessert, we had Fluffernutter Pie, Peppermint Pie, Red Velvet Cake, Monkey Bread, Cinnamon Sugared Pecans and Buckeye Balls. We had a Holiday Glow Punch and Crock Pot Hot Chocolate for the kids. Everything turned out great and was sooooo yummy. I was asked to have it again next year... I told them to ask me in a few months!
