What is your favourite gift that you received for youself this year? What about your LO? Or, if you haven't opened anything yet, what's the one gift you bought for someone that you can't wait for them to open? :

We still have a few more hours until we can open gifts so the one I am most excited about is DH's. I got him a digital photo frame for his office and filled it with photos of DS. I hope he loves it!!

DH got me Chanel sunglasses. Mannnnn! They are GORGEOUS!

For LO, my mom and sis bought him half of Carters in the next size up so I'm stoked on that lol.

We opened last night

favorite gift given was a vintage typewriter to my DH.  Favorite gift received is a pair of  shoes that look like pencils: link below.  They are just the right amount of tacky for an art teacher(when mat leave is over)

Favorite gift I bought was a Nexus 7 tablet DH & I bougth for DS1.  His face just lit up when he realized he could get apps like Dad.

Favortie gift I got was a calendar that DS1 made for me in school.  He wrote in all the dates by hand for each month and then colored pictures related to a holiday in each month.  Made me cry!

A donation was made in our name to LA children hospital, where the givers lo spent the first 5 months of her life. And Ryan laughed for the first time time this morning.
D & R were born at 37w5d.

For Myself I got a dwarf hamster since I've been begging for a small pet since my ancient parakeet died at the end of October.It's a cute little thing.LO got a crib mobile,teethers,rattles,some toy to hang in the strollers,and a play mat.His favorite is one of the stroller toys that looks like a turtle.DH's gift was supposed to arrive yesterday but didn't guess it will tomorrow but it was some computer gadgetry.He knew it might be late.

Cooper got me a locket with his picture in it. I cried....

And Cooper got a "1st Photo Album" book from my Dad & Step Mom. It has all the family's pictures in it with their names. I cried again.

Christmas is so much fun with kids. I can't wait to see him grow and get even more excited!

I got a bunch of pandora beads and their 2012 ornament. We got DH a remote controlled helicopter that shoots little foam discs. It comes with this big thing that shoots missles at the helicopter as it flies around.. So far I've been hit twice, DS got hit in the back of his head, and DD's have been hit countless times. The helicopter hasn't been hit once. Thank God they're foam missles and discs. We are all basically running for our lives through the living room. LOL

I got a kindle fire and dd got an awesome jumpy chair that my parents swear by. I am most excited for my mom to open the photo book we made for her of dd

My hubby and I got each other a new flatscreen on black friday. lol.

But, he surprised me this morning with the beautiful dresser I saw at the antique store and fell in love with. He is so sweet!

My parents are in town and offered to babysit so DH and I could go see Les Miserables, our date was supposed to be my present. The movie was sold out and DH wanted to see Django but I said I would rather go back home and spend Christmas Day with family and we could see a movie later.

Now I have a husband who is throwing an effing hissy fit and has locked himself in our room with his Xbox. And nothing under the tree for me.

We usually don't do gifts for each other, just a nice dinner or something, but this year I got him two nice gifts, and he knew it because they have been wrapped under the tree for two weeks. And he even pointed them out.

I am so disappointed and embarrassed bc my parents are still here for the week and 'D'H is acting like an ***. Way uncomfortable.

I love everyone's presents! Makes me feel like a loser.
DH made breakfast this morning, from scratch eggs, pancakes, hashbrowns, smoked sausage and a yummy screwdriver!!

DD recognized me, smiled, giggled, and made super long eye contact with me! She hasn't looked at me for a week or so, she would rather watch the Christmas lights!!

I got the vitamix blender I have been wanting for three years! So excited about it. I gave DH a nice briefcase since HS was looking very well loved, and he is starting his own business in January. Made a nice breakfast and working on the dinner.

I got two coach purses from dh because of a ridiculous sale at the factory store yesterday. One is for inside the diaper bag and the other is for when I am babyless.

Sil made ds a cool piggy bank with his name and bday and weight on it.

I got a bracelet from my sisters in law with DS and DD's names and beads that ate the colors of their birthstones. DH got me a mothers necklace with both birthstones. I picked it out so it's a win :

DS got a remote controlled Thomas that he's in love with from my sis and BIL.

My mom made DD a bow holder for her room, it matches perfectly and will be perfect for organizing all her bows and headbands!

Eta we got my patents mugs from shutterfly with the kids' pics on them to update the ones that just had DS they are so cute that I Made myself one too :

My favorite gifts were sizeable gcs to nine west and hm. Momma's going shopping bishes.

My fav gifts to give were N's newborn pics framed to our parents. They hadnt seen any of the proofs.

Thanks. He finally decided to snap out of it and apologized for acting like a baby. We got to see the later showing of les miz and it was amazing.

My SIL got me an awesome pair of Griffyndor socks.

For me: a sapphire bracelet from DH (DS's birthstone)

For LO: a baby bullet! I guess that is more for me than anything but I'm excited to be able to make my own food once he gets to that point. Also, DH's aunt got him a floating little people marina for the bathtub that I have been looking for. It's a lot like the one I had when I was little Smile
