I had a rash with DD that was not PUPPS... First started in my stretch marks, then spread to creases in arms and knees, it felt a lot like poison ivy, very itchy and uncomfortable, but I forget what it was called.
Can't tell how far along you are, but usually the worst of rashes is toward the end, so hopefully baby comes before it gets worse for you. GL!
