Symptom Sound Off

I'm 4w4d here and have very light, fleeting cramps in my lower abdomen from time to time. I tend to psych myself out by reading too much on the Internet, but I understand these kind of cramps can be normal. Boobs are also a bit sore, but otherwise everything's been pretty status quo for me.

 What kind of symptoms are you experiencing this early-on?

Maybe we should make this a daily post. This question is asked multiple times a day so I'm thinking if we did a Symptom Sound Off post daily, everyone could post and it would eliminate all these duplicate threads. What does everyone think?
Me - 32, DH - 32. We have been TTC #2 since January 2012.
BFP on 12/3/12, EDD 8/19/13, U/S 1/17/13 showed blighted ovum, d&c 1/24/13

True story. However, if we did it weekly, I think we'd still get multiples of this post daily. That's the only reason I was thinking a daily symptom check vs. weekly.

Feeling fat today. By the time I drove home tonight, I had my pants unbuttoned. Not sure if it's a pregnancy thing or the fact I've been pretty good about keeping the flow of cookies into my mouth constant.

Not crapping on her post - it was just a totally polite conversation about when the symptom sound off should be done.  Sorry OP if you were offended....I thought the following points were made pretty politely.

Also, SHOWING AT FIVE WEEKS!?  GTFO!  Have you not been flamed enough in your other post and on 1 tri???  If you are "already" in maternity clothes  and look like your 20+ weeks you either need to a) see a Dr. or b) realize that in pregnancy you don't ACTUALLY eat for 2.  Your baby is the size of an appleseed.  Your uterus is still behind your pubic bone.  You do not have a baby bump.  Go take a pregnancy test and make sure you don't have a medical condition that is causing these issues.     
TTC since Aug 2011, RE since May 2012. Dx: PCOS,endo, postprandial hypoglycemia DH: SA 1 - low everything, 2- low everything, 3 - good, but WBC, 4 - lost and/or damaged at lab, 5 - low everything July - Letrozole = BFN Aug - letrozole #2 = BFN Sep - NEW RE!! YAY!!!! Move to IVF w/ICSI - ER on Nov 28 - 34 eggs! FX for good fert report!

Zero symptoms other than food aversion/nausea/heart burn.... which until I got my BFP two days ago I thought was left over from a horrible stomach bug I had last Sunday.

My boobs feel normal. I feel super skinny (after barfing my head off last weekend).. zero bloating. 

None of it seems real to me, especially after I was 100% sure I had a period and was out... 


My cat can read EKGs, can your human do that?

My boobs feel like they are going to fall off.

I have had nausea on and off for a few weeks. Today morning sickness started. Threw up as soon as I got up this morning. Not fun.

My first two pregnancies I never once threw up. I was hoping I would get lucky this time around too. =/

Hey

My boobs are killing me but they look amazingly big:
heartburn and gas like crazy.
No nausea but had an aversion to Crab legs which I normally love
I have Body aches like crazy. My neck, shoulders, back, legs are on a rotating pain cycle. Anyone else feeling body pain?

I just feel like I want to cry.  I have no motivation or drive to do anything.  I did IVF, so I'm on progesterone and estrogen supps, so that is probably why.  I think if I would have some physical symptoms, I would be a happier!!!
