I wouldn't save it. You never know how you're going to feel about the next baby (if you have one). For me and my sisters, my mom had picked out Steven as the "if it's a boy" name, and funny enough, neither of my brothers are named Steven (Christopher and David). I say go with what you love now. There are plenty of other names to grow fond of in the future.
