Well, yesterday I posted in the 2WW that early Christmas morning I had woken up with extreme abdominal pain and vomiting. My friends and husband joked that I was pregnant...and it turns out, I am!
Forgive me if I don't follow all the BFP protocol.
What we did: Used opk's, and all we hit was O-2. I was pretty stressed out this month so I figured it would be a wash.
How I told H: I just said "Holy ***" really loud while I was in the bathroom. "What?" he said...so I walked in with the digi that said pregnant and told him it was the third positive test (the other two were Wondfos and kind of squinters at first, he's a visual learner). No fancy stuff, no big party or card or onesie because honestly, I wasn't really expecting it this month. We don't roll that way, anyway.
Symptoms: Just normal PMS irritability, and then the awful vomiting Christmas morning. I still say it's too early for morning sickness. Other than that, nothing out of the ordinary.
I'm not going to post the sticks -- you all know what they look like and syncing my phone will just anger me lol.
The gushy stuff: Thank you for being so informed, and sharing that information in a totally no-nonsense way. I learned so much from you ladies over the last eight months. Keep on snarkin'.
