Good point and I agree. It's less about starting with the letter "s" for me and more about the "sh" sound. I love the name Charlotte.
Charlotte is a really pretty name-- and I think it will be fine with an S last name.
Just be aware this name has been steadily rising in popularity. Not sure if this type of thing bothers you, but it does bother some people.
