Pillow advice please!

I would like a pregnancy pillow, but I am clueless on which one. I have looked around. I need one that isn't TOO big. We do have a king size bed however. I don't want one that you use a head pillow too, it took me years to find a pillow for my head that I like and I'm NOT giving it up. Does anyone have any advice?

I slept on the big snoogle for the first time yesterday.
The idea of giving up my pillow was a concern for me as well. My regular pillow isnt nearly as fluffy as the snoogle and i was afraid id hurt my neck.
However, the snoogle was very comfy. No neck pains to report.

I adore my snoogle - tho yes, it does have a head pillow. I can't sleep without it.

Snoogle all the way...it does take up some room in the bed, we have a queen but DH hasn't complained :)

DH got me a regular body pillow from Target with a really soft, fuzzy cover.  I love it because I can mold it around me...though there have been a couple nights that DH has tried to fight me for it.

Mine is the width of a regular pillow when laid sideways, so it doesn't take up a terrible amount of room (we have a queen)

I have a Preggle and I love it! It's shorter than a Snoogle, like 2/3 the size, so you have the curved part for your knees and a long length for your tummy, but can use a regular pillow. It's a good size but doesn't take up the whole bed.

I have the same issue as you in regard to having already found the perfect head pillow (I have the "as seen on tv" sobakawa cloud pillow!! and it's awesome!)  I have had neck issues and had a cervical fusion earlier this year.  SO.... to answer your question, my husband got me the boppi pillow for christmas and I was skeptical because of the head pillow thing being there.  However, I have found that there are lots of different ways to situate the boppi so you end up not having to use the big part for your head.  Overall, I love it!!!!!!!!!  My sleep has improved by a ton and my husband even said he likes it in the bed :)  I recommend it for sure.

My DH got me a Snoogle for Christmas. I used it last night and loved it. I've had some hip pain and sleeping on my sides was really aggravating them. I really like it, even for just the one night. I positioned it so I could use my pillow as well.

I was very concerned about having to use the snoogle as my head pillow because I tend to get horrible neck aches if I use the wrong kind of pillow, but it's worked fantastically well.  I had to sleep at the in-laws last weekend and forgot to bring my snoogle and it took me an hour to get comfortable enough to fall asleep.

DH got me a snoogle. Before I was using just a regular body pillow, but this thing is awsome compared to a plain old body pillow. It does make it almost impossible to spoon with DH, but I sleep so much better he doesn't really mind.
