I have a history of hypertension prior to pregnancy, although it has been a few years since I have had to take meds. I've kept it under control with diet and excercise. All of my readings had been great (all at or below 120/75) since the beginning of my pregnancy and no protein. However at my appt just over a week ago I had trace protein and BP of 132/88. I was told to monitor at home at the same time each evening after half-hour of rest watching TV, etc. I just submitted my readings to my office and am hoping for the best. I'm 30w3d now:
