Emotional mess throughout cycle?

This is the first time I've had ovulation induction and I was always under the assumption that the emotional ups and downs were during the time that you were actually taking the medication, not afterwards? I had no problems while taking the Letrozole, nothing during injects, trigger shot was fine, but once I was a couple of days post-IUI, I've been on a horrid emotional roller coaster. I've gone from angry rage to breaking down and crying in 6 seconds flat. About 10 times an hour. Every single day.

Please tell me this is just from the meds? I feel like I'm going nuts over here!
My Ovulation Chart
TTC with MFI and poor ovulation since 03/11
TCM and progesterone supplements
Early loss in 08/11
MFI Dx in 03/12 Low count, low motility, poor morphology and high levels of anti-sperm antibodies
Treated with supplements and TCM. Much lower on all factors. Count too low to test for anti-bodies
Met with new urologist 11/12
IUI #1 12/12: Letrozole + Gonal-F = BFN
DH started Clomid 01/13
New SA shows 33 million sperm! Thank you Clomid!!!
Discovered I am hypothyroid 04/13 waiting for specialist appointment
Hoping to try IUI again in July?

I know how you're feeling.  I don't know if it's from the meds or not, but that has happened to me after every treatment cycle.  MH and I think it's partially just the fact that you're to a point where there's nothing else you can do.  During the medication phase you're proactively doing something to prepare for the procedure.  Afterwards, all you can do is wait.  It's torture.  But, I'm also sure it has a lot to do with the medications as well.

 I hope you start to feel better soon!!  ((hugs))

This is an excellent point! I`m very goal-oriented and need to feel like I`m working on something, otherwise I just feel blah. Being off work for a couple of weeks probably isn`t helping with that! Although my coworkers think I`m nuts enough as it is, they`d probably have me committed if they saw me like this!

Unfortunatly its caused by the whole process not just the drugs. Hang in there and best wishes!

I think that it is both the meds and the stress of the process.  If it makes you feel better I felt the need to tell mh every little thing that he has ever done to annoy me this morning.  But he thinks it is cute and possibly a good sign.  His optomism can be pretty annoying too :P

IVF 12-21-2012 - 2 I think perfect no matter what the dr graded them (2B)embryos transferred Beta on 12-31-12 Positve - Beta is 21
Beta 2 1-2-13 - 31
Beta 3 1-4-13 - 53
Beta 4 1/9 - 212!
Ultrasound 1/10 - Nothing completely empty uterus Beta 1/14 - 743; Beta 1/17 - 1704 ultrasound shows nothing. Officially a miscarriage. 1/21 Beta 3900 Dr. says it ectopic. Ultrasound shows a miracle heartbeat right in the uterus where it belongs! Dr. says I can be cautiously optomistic!!! Hang in there baby!
