Ugh Head Cold

And there is nothing I can take for it : it is all head pressure and runny nose.

Last time I had a ton of sinus pressure from a stuffy nose I took some Benadryl and it seemed to give me some relief. It's worth a shot at least.

I had this and used DS's "Little Noses" (saline spray) before bed.  Worked GREAT!!!

My dr said I could take a myriad of meds call yours and ask!. My cocktail of choice is mucin ex and acetamenophine every 4 to 5 hours. GL!

If it lingers and you get other symptoms, go get a flu swab. I started out with a cough and runny nose and ended up with the flu a few days later. Hope you feel better soon
