(My computer is dumb and wouldn't let me do a poll...so the old fashioned way)
Rett or Rhett
(Rhett personally looks better to me, but it kind of bothers me that there's no "h" in the full name. However, I will NOT change the spelling to Everhett to remedy this. WDYT)?
TIA!
Rhett.
All the letters don't necessarily have to be in the name to make a nickname. Don't overthink it.

This. There is no k in Michael but people still use Mike.

Given that my DH is Mike, this is exactly what I was going to say. Rhett looks great!
Don't overthink it so much. Rett just looks wrong.
Spell it Rhett.
The NN derived from the formal name does not have to have the same letters in it.
Examples: Betsy for Elizabeth, Peggy for Margaret, Jack for John
agree with above
Everett is our boy name for this baby and his NN would be Rhett.
