I don't have advice for you, but my belly button has been very tender, but I wouldn't say sore. It is not as deep as it used to be, but now when I touch it or DH pokes his finger in it, it is very tender and I hate it!

I remember mine being tender especially towards the end of pregnancy #1. Your abdominal wall is so stretched it is bound to have some tenderness. Nothing much we can do...maybe make sure clothing isn't brushing on it or too tight pants. As soon as baby is born, it'll go away Smile

mine has been sore too... kind of the same as you discribed.. innie but not as in anymore!! I asked my doctor, she said that it was my muscles pulling apart again since she had sewn them back together with my previous 2 c-sections.  I never had this with my first 2.  she said that if i touch the inside of my belly button i should feel my uterus... which is scary and has kept me from touching at all!! She said it's normal, and nothing to worry about.

Mine was like that with my pg with DD.  I'm not sure when--I don't remember.  I called and talked to the nurse and she said it was normal from things stretching and moving around down there.  Mine was VERY tender.
