What are you doing this cycle: Exercise, temping, lots of sex and Pregnitude

Thoughts, vents, Chartstalks: I just hope pregnitude helps regulate my cycles some, looking to O sometime before CD30 and possibly get my LP a little longer as well.

GTKY: What (if anything) has changed about you since TTC? I have become more sensitive to what others may be going through. I am now more hesitant to joke about milestones or what have you because I know what it's like when my dad says things such as "maybe one day I'll have a grandchild instead of a granddog" Completely joking but still a little hurtful.

Thoughts, vents, Chartstalks: I appreciate the holiday weekend coming up - gives us lots of free time during my FW Wink Angel

GTKY: What (if anything) has changed about you since TTC?
- I'm a LOT more patient! 
- I've learned to trust God that He has a perfect timing, and to trust that He has a reason for not giving me what I want when I want it (yes, I know this is unpopular here, but I fully believe it to be true for my life - and yes, I will still be seeking medical attention at the 1-year mark, I don't think that is in contrast)
- I've learned how to be happy for my friends who seem to get pregnant so easily, and how to be geniunely excited for them
- I've learned what my relationship with DH is built on, we've definitely strengthened our relationship though this process

TTC #1 since Feb 2012
CD3 & 7DPO b/w = all good!
HSG = right tube blocked, uterine obstruction
DH SA = fantastic!

thoughts/vents/chartstalks:  feeling anxious that I won't O again.  WTF!!!

GTKY: What (if anything) has changed about you since TTC? I'm sad to say that I'm a lot less hopeful and it's such a bummer to feel pessimistic about it.  It seems like every time I've gotten hopeful for something than the result has been the opposite throughout this process.  My DH is amazing thou and that is something I keep getting reminded of!

What are you doing this cycle:  CBEFM, I am going to start using Wondfo OPKs 2x/day on CD 10, green tea, POM juice, PNV,  pre seed.

Thoughts, vents, Chartstalks:  We haven't gotten around to having sex yet this cycle.  The holidays, exhaustion and random mishaps have gotten in the way.  Hopefully that will be remedied tonight.

GTKY: What (if anything) has changed about you since TTC? I don't think anything has really changed about me this time around and I am only on month #2 of TTC.

What are you doing this cycle: I think I was throwing out my OPKs too soon last month (I only let the sit 2-3 minutes)  I maybe opvulated a day or two sooner than I thought and that would have made out timing really off and really no chance of baby.

Thoughts, vents, Chartstalks: I had a 27 day cycle first month off of BC!!!! YAY!! I am so excited that two periods in a month is not bothering me at all!  My question is am I on Cycle 2 Month 1 until January and then Cycle 2 Month 2?

GTKY: What (if anything) has changed about you since TTC?  This is only cycle 2 so not much had changed other than I am on this site ALL the time.   I was really curious about how my cycles would turn out off of BC, and the PMS and cramps are worse.  I also have much heaver flow, but again I am over the moon to have a 'regualre' length cycle that I don't mind it at all!!  I hope it stays this way!

**really annoyed the 'bold' wont turn off!!**

Thoughts, vents, Chartstalks: I THINK i may have O'd, too early to tell. Not getting excited, Still haven't had a + OPK or sore nipples (my cue the last few months)

GTKY: What (if anything) has changed about you since TTC? I am much more sensitive about what I say. I will never ever tell someone to "relax and you will get pregnant".   I didn't know any of what I know now about ovulation. I can't believe how uninformed I was. I am so glad I started this process temping, etc- 4 months In and I still have trouble reading my body.

It doesn't really matter - some people would say "C2/M1" some would say "C2/M2" - I think that's only there for the people who have huge discrepancies (like cycle 4, month 7) - my cycles are generally around 27-30 days, so I just equate cycle and month (although I'm probably about a week or two behind the "true" month at this point)

GTKY: What (if anything) has changed about you since TTC?  Hm, pretty much everything.  Even DH has made comments about things like that (meaning he's changed too.)  Being more sensitive and watching what I say.  And not taking things for granted (I never thought I did, but I notice a difference now!).

I'm also more conscious of what other people might be going though or struggling with in their own lives, not necessarily TTC related... So I think I am a little more sensitive and supportive of other people now.

HAPPY FRIDAY! Why does Friday take forever to get here when I'm working and comes so fast when I'm off???

What are you doing this cycle: charting/temping, PNVs, B6, checking CM, and sex EOD/ED during FW

Thoughts, vents, Chartstalks: I've been bad about drinking water this cycle and as a result I don't have as much CM as in past cycles. Also I got a temp spike this morning and I have slight cramping. Guess we'll see what my temp does tomorrow. I didn't think I would O this early, usually its between CD 2126, so timing is okay but I was hoping to hit ED.

GTKY: What if anything has changed about you since TTC? I've certainly learned a lot more about my body. Also I've learned to be more watchful of what I say to others as I do not know what they could be going through.

Thoughts, vents, Chartstalks:  Just ready for my body to re-regulate.  The miscarriage just messed up my whole system, ugh!

GTKY: What (if anything) has changed about you since TTC?  The more we try, the more I want a baby.  I've always wanted children, but with every passing month that I'm not pregnant, I just want it even more.  Very frustrating.

Thoughts, vents, Chartstalks: Nothing really. Just waiting. I am glad for another long weekend though.

GTKY: I know a ton more about my body now and looking for signs of ovulation. I think that it is really interesting that I didn't learn these details about menstruation and ovulation in high school. I also try much harder to reduce my caffeine and alcohol consumption. Doing pretty great on the alcohol front....not so much with caffeine though.

What are you doing this cycle: Charting temps, CM, OPKs

Thoughts, vents, Chartstalks: Vag temping for the first time. I was hoping it would steady my temps a bit since I'm a mouth-breather but they are still all over the place.  Sigh. I have really been hoping for a "normal" cycle this time but am starting to get worried that this one's going to be crazy and irregular yet again. I really have no reason to think that yet though so I'm going to try to think positive thoughts.

GTKY: What (if anything) has changed about you since TTC? It's made me more sensitive to the possibility that there could be important things going on in others lives that I don't know about. I think it's made me more compassionate towards others. Also, I know a lot more about my body now.

This always confuses me too.  I usually just say what cycle I'm on, lol.  But I guess you're probably right. :)

Thoughts, vents, Chartstalks:  Hearing about other people's pregnancies is wearing on me this week. Called the doctor about my short luteal phase (it hasn't been more than 11 days, and mostly right around 9, for the past 3 months) and she said to come in for an appointment, so I'm glad for that.  

GTKY: What if anything has changed about you since TTC? I've learned a TON about my body. I think I'm becoming much more patient of a person as well. I've realized that I can't always get what I want right when I want it. I think I am much more sensitive to other people's feelings as well.

GTKY: What (if anything) has changed about you since TTC? I'm a lot more informed about how my body works and more aware of what I'm putting into my body. I'm making more conscious decisions about my health. I'm also more sensitive and emotional without the BCPs. I have a whole new perspective on TTC, pregnancy, and loss.

What are you doing this cycle: Temping, opks

Thoughts, vents, Chartstalks: vent: I was skyping with my BFF the other day who knows we are trying, and when I made a sarcastic comment about it not happening yet, she exaggeratingly rolled her eyes. I was so shocked at her insensitivity that I didn't know what to say. 

GTKY: What (if anything) has changed about you since TTC? Like PPs have said, I am much more sensitive about what comes out of my mouth. I will also never say "relax and you will get pregnant" to someone who is trying. I am definitely a lot more sensitive now, to what I hear and to what I say. I will never assume that it was easy for someone to get pregnant, as they could have had a long road to get to where they are. I am also a lot more emotional since coming off BCP.

That sucks.  I feel your pain. One of my closest friends knows I'm TTC yet when another one of our friends (both friends are a bit older and childless) announced that she and her SO have decided they will not be having kids, friend #1 jumped up and down and clapped her hands excitedly. When she saw my face she stopped but didn't apologize and hasn't said anything about it since. I get why but the insensitivity is definitely shocking (and hurtful).  Sorry stufie.

GTKY: What (if anything) has changed about you since TTC?

 I stopped wanting to go out at night esp. to clubs.  Last time DH and I went out, all I saw were silly drunk people.  Then I thought "I want to be a mom, lets go home."  It was a good feeling not to fit in anymore.

What are you doing this cycle: resuming charting

Thoughts, vents, Chartstalks: I really wish DH and I could find some time alone. We've been visiting out-of-town with family and it's been difficult finding chances to sneak away.

GTKY: What (if anything) has changed about you since TTC?  DH and I both have new jobs, and we've moved.  I'm more patient and much more knowledgeable about TTC than I was in the beginning, although DH has developed a nasty case of baby fever.
