How do I stop the nausea?

I have been nauseous for like a month with all these stupid medications and since the et it has been worse.  Probably the progesterone.  DH called the dr and the nurse said it is normal and I can take a ginger pill.  I am not dh explained how bad it is.  For days now I just get up to throw up and then I go back to sleep.  But it is not like the flu, this is not as violent.  I am trying to just have saltines and lay down.  And drink caffeine free coke.  I am just getting so depressed.  I poas today 7dp5dt and it was negative.  So it is like I am so sick for nothing.  I know it is early but I am starting to lose hope.  I think it is the nausea that is literally sucking the life out of me.

Your not out of the game yet, it's still a little early. I didn't pick up faint lines till day 8 or 9. On the nausea, I would call the dr back and explain how severe it really is and ask for zofran. It's safe to take while pregnant and you can't continue to suffer like that. You have to eat to be healthy. Ginger is a antiemetic/ motion sickness supplement but it takes days for that to kick in. They tell people who get sea sick to start taking it three days in advance before they go out in the boat. I hope you get some relief soon and don't loose hope yet, you still have time. Best wishes!

I'm sorry you aren't feeling well!  I would call the doctor about the anti-nausea meds too.  Until then, ginger ale will definitely be your best bet.  Where are you?  Can you get Vernor's Ginger Beer where you are?  It's much better than Schwepps or any of those.  It's a bit strong in the ginger flavor, but it helps with the nausea.

Feel better!

Praying that its too early for you!!

One thing I was told, which may not be helpful since you're throwing up constantly, was to make sure your stomach is never empty. Eat a handful of something every hour, even if its just goldfish crackers. I hope you feel better!
