since the board is so slow today I didn't think it would hurt to do this.

you have names picked out for your future babies? Are you going to share them or keep them secret?

I love the name Lincoln, husband says no. We both Like maddox . literally the only girl name we can agree on is a Olivia. which is like the number 1 or 2 name in the world or maybe just America.

We agreed on Connor for a boy a long time ago, but I'm sure we'll consider other names if we ever have a boy. Girl names will be more difficult for us, but the middle name would be Kathleen.

We won't keep the names a secret.

ETA: One name I like is Emelia. It was DH's great grandmother's name and I think it's pretty. Unfortunately, our last name ends in "ia" so it wouldnt' work well.

We have a Kaiden right now and I think if we have a girl next we are thinking Khloe.  No cle what it would be for another boy.

Lily for a girl (yes, because of HIMYM...lol). Skylar (we're thinking, still haven't quite decided) for a boy.

I want to do Parker for a girl. But H isn't having it. :( But if we have twin girls, it's happening! lol

Joshua for a boy and McKenna for a girl. We've had them picked out for quite a while. We're not keeping them secret. Hell, if someone asked me today what I was going to name my kids, I'd tell them.

We are not name sharers - I don't need any outside input, especially of the negative variety. That being said, we did break down and tell both of our moms and fortunately had good reactions.

If DD wouldn't have been a Sydney our other top contenders were Kara and Olivia. Our boy names are Henry, Jacob (nervous about the Twilight association though), and Benjamin. There is now a Benjamin close to the family, so that one may get ixnayed. I love coming up with baby names, so it will be interesting to see if our lists stay the same or change once we get pregnant again.

We didn't share our name with our first.  I don't think we'll share with future babies either...families are pretty opinionated.

We have several contenders.  My DH loves Moses if a boy.  I like Levi for a boy.  I wouldn't mind doing Stephen (my deceased father's name).  For a girl, I really like Kathryn, but that's pretty popular, so I might change my mind.  If DS had been a girl, he probably would've been Madelynn, but DH wasn't over the moon about that one.

I have never thought about using Parker for a girl name how awesome I love it. My husband would agree though he wouldn't do it:-)

We like Hallee for a little girl and Liam for a little boy. I also like Easton. No names decided though seeing I can't make a decision to save my life. When we found out the baby we lost was a little girl, we named her Evelyn.

If we have a boy, I love the name Anderson, and it has family significance for me. If it's a girl, I like Charlotte or Annabelle. We probably won't keep the names secret, but I'm sure I'll change my mind 20 times by then.

DH and I have a girl name picked out, but not a boy name. I guess we'll figure a boy name out if we get there. Our girl name is Evelynn Victoria Pauline, initals are EVP. That was a happy accident. Since my Mom got really ill back in 2008, I had Evelynn Pauline picked out (Pauline was my Mom's name, she went by Paula), and DH has always like the name Victoria. Put all three together and you get EVP, which is perfect for us. Wink

I really love the name Layla for a girl but DH hates it. Says it sounds like a stripper name or something. Also he said he knew someone with that name he didn't like. Not a stripper or least I don't think. Hahah!

DH and I picked our girl name about 3 years ago, it's Amena Marie. The mn was after my mom but we have since has a major falling out, luckily it's also my favorite cousin's mn. The only person we have shared this name with is my sister.

On the other hand we would be in trouble if we had a boy because I haven't found any that I would use. I have literally looked at thousands of names online and don't like any enough to use. DH is convinced we are using Espn but I REFUSE to use it!

If we have a boy I want to name him Bailey so he can carry my maiden name for my Dad but hubby says its a girl name...we'll see. As far as a girl I've had my heart set on Emberlynn Nicole since I was a teen and did some research on the meaning of names...so we'll see about that too.. I haven't put much other thought into it.

My husband also vetoed my long time boy name for an obscure reason. I picked the name Jamal for my future boy but then he met a Jamal in college that was a cocaine dealer. Now he says that is a bad name.

Anthony or Henry for a boy.  Amelia or Caroline for a girl.  The middle name will likely be Jo in either case after my mom and my husband's grandma.   I would probably tell everyone, only because I am terrible at secret keeping!

Boy; I loved the name Trigger, but DH and I don't like it as much because we can't agree on spelling! Haha. So I don't know about a boy name anymore.

Quinn is very likely.  DH has suggested Alice, which I'm considering.  He likes Dexter and I like Alexander, but we can't agree on either.  I'm sure we'll discuss it in further detail when we finally get pregnant.  Whatever we choose, it won't be a secret.

We talked more about names before TTC, but have talked a little since. Nothing is set in stone and I'm sure we will be adding more at some point.

Boys: Connor and Declan - that is about it so far since DH is very picky about boy names

Girls: Sloane, Quinn, Violet, Evelyn, and Annabel are definitely on our list.

Regardless, we have decided when we finally get to this point we will make a list of 3 or so names to bring to the hospital and wait till we see him/her before picking a final name.

Not a name...names.  LOL.  I like so many girls' names it's ridiculous.  I have at least 10.  Some are Julianna, Brianne, Sienna, and Michaela.  Boy names are harder for me.  If my husband wants to we will probably just use his name.  I feel like if its a girl its all me if its a boy my husband can figure it out.  Obviously we would both have veto power.  

Olivia is cute but very popular.  A family member of mine just had an Olivia.  I really like Lincoln.  Linc is a cute NN.

We have our girl name leftover from last time, Corianna Isabella.

Our boy name is Jeremy-James Templeton. We have known for a while that would be our 2nd boy name (since ds1 is named after dh/fil)

We share our names. I don't really care if we get negative input or not, since it's already decided. My grandma already told me she doesn't like any of the names we like, but oh well.
