Csection moms, please come in!

Also please disregard my lack of symbols, as mobile bumping is ridiculous.

Is anyone else having strange pain in the lower abdomen? I've had it for several weeks, and I've never had it in any of my 5 previous pregnancies. This is my first time being pregnant after a csection, so I'm wondering if it has something to do with the incision site in my uterus. I notice it a bit more after lifting my son, but it's there most of the time anyway. I mentioned to my doctor that I was having some pain in that area, and he said that as long as it's in the center, as opposed to one side or the other, he's not concerned.
I do have an ultrasound on Friday, so maybe I'll get some insight then, but I thought I'd ask if this is a common thing with csections. It has me feeling nervous that maybe something is weak or damaged.
By the way, it has been just over 2 years since my c/s.

I had my c/s 9 years ago and I notice the muscles down there have remained tender and feel like they're easily pulled. I've also noticed since getting pregnant they seem to be even more tender. I'm so hoping my o.b. Will let me have a vbac. C/s is no fun.

Me - 32, DH - 32. We have been TTC #2 since January 2012.

Yes, the area around my incision is tender at times. Yesterday I pushed the garbage down and that really hurt. Won't do that again.

I figure as long as the pain is associated with something and then goes away it's not a big deal. If it were severe and/or constant I would be more concerned.

Yes, my scar has been tender and pulling for the last few weeks. Just another reason for me to be pissed about my c-section.

Mine gets tiny little twinges from time to time, but nothing too serious yet. I'm still right in the beginning so I'm not sure if that will change. Sounds normal to me, though- but definitely talk to your doc!

So far I haven't had any issues with my previous c section (2 years ago) and this new pregnancy.  Hopefully during the ultrasound they can affirm everything is ok. Maybe try asking the c section board too.  Good luck!
