TMI

Has anyone else experienced a lot of bowel movements in their first and second months? I have gone, normal solid, about six times today. I guess it could be from the pressure I feel in my uterus, but goodness I didn't know this would be an early symptom? I thought constipation was? How long will this last?

Yes, I poop all the time now. I used to only go once, maybe twice, a week. Now I go everyday, sometimes multiple times a day. it's so weird and not fun.
Me - 32, DH - 32. We have been TTC #2 since January 2012.
Our daughter, Emma Kate, is 9. Born 10/16/03 @29w & 1lb13oz

BFP on 12/3/12, EDD 8/19/13, U/S 1/17/13 showed blighted ovum, d&c 1/24/13
BFP on 4/19/13, EDD 12/29/13, u/s 5/20/13 showed baby with heart rate of 180 bpm! Yea, baby!
u/s 6/4/13 showed a wiggly baby with a heart rate of 176!

I wish I was having your problem. Yesterday was the first time I pooped in a week. It sucks and I get horrible cramps because of it.

Yes, I'm so glad that I'm not constipated! I've noticed that I've been going more than once a day. Along with also have more gas coming from both ends. I'm being cautious though because H just got over the stomach virus and I'm terrified that I am going to catch it.

 More fiber! I had issues with constipation this summer after my surgeries and discovered fiber one brownies. They are so good and worked for me pretty well too!

I'm cramping too, probably not as bad as you though! Hope you can find something to help! Like fiber or stool softeners. GL!

I've noticed this too. I used to go a couple times a week. Now I'm going every day, but it's just a little bit at a time. Weird pregnancy symptom I never heard about before.
My Ovulation Chart BFP #1 8/25/12 EDD 4/28/13 Blighted Ovum, D&C 9/20/12 at 8w6d. I'll always remember the first one. My baby Grace. BFP #2 12/26/12 EDD 9/4/13 Come on, rainbow baby!

When I found out I was pregnant I was going at least once a day (sometimes 4-5 times/day) for the first week and a half (I was excited)! Well needless to say, now I am lucky if it is every 3 days. Your body will continue to change throughout the pregnancy and symptoms will come and go. Good luck :) and welcome to pregnancy!

My first couple of weeks I went constantly, boy would I rather do that than what I have now! The constipation is miserable! I think there are lots of changes but this one and all day sickness I could do without!!!
