It took me until 1:00 (central) but I have one. Flucking Indiana University bookstore...I ordered three items online in early December. I recived ONE item about a week later even though my credit card was charged the whole amount.
I waited to see if I got the rest...nothing. I emailed and threatened to dispute the charge. Customer service rep responds that they have one of the items but not the other and offers a replacement option; I accept it.
Fast forward to today when I get the two items, and I got the replacement item and a hat, but NOT the hat I ordered. Incompetent!
Needless to say I will NEVER order from them again. Sorry for the novel but I am p*ssed!
