No morning sickness

I am pregnant with my first and am 5 weeks prego. I have been waking up in the middle of the night to pee and am more sleepy and have very mild random cramps but I have no morning sickness. I'm not sensitive to smells either. I've always had a bit of a sensitive stomach all my life and always thought I'd go through hell when prego but actually feel really great. I am able to eat just fine. Anyone else not going through morning sickness? Is this somewhat normal??

Not everyone gets morning sickness.  Or, you could get in within the next few weeks.  Only time will tell.

Also, the word is pregnant.

No m/s here either.  I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that it isn't going to hit in a week or two.

Other than my back hurting for two days after my BFP I have had no symptoms at all. Maybe some mild cramps at best. It's totally normal to not have morning sickness...it's a good thing!

My m/s started at 5w2d, some get it later, some never get it. 

Congrats.  

Began TTC #1 in January 2011
Confirmation and Removal of Endo - March 2012
+#1 on 4/1/12 - m/c @ ~8w 5d
+#2 Tx cycle 4 - 5 mg Letrozole + 75iu Follsitim & Ovidrel w/ IUI on 11/13/12 - EDD 7/23/13
7 week u/s revealed THREE babies, all with heartbeats. 153bpm, 148bpm, and 136bpm
9 week u/s revealed loss of Baby B. A and C are growing on track. A measuring 9w1d with 172bpm and C measuring 9w0d with 179 bpm.
Elective sex determination u/s on 2/8 revealed... boy AND girl!

I've been tired, a tad bloated and some mild cramping.  But that's it so far.  Everyone is different and each pregnancy is different.  There is no normal.

I'm 12 weeks now, and haven't had morning sickness at all. At first I was a little worried about it, but now I think I'm just one of the lucky ones!

I am nine weeks and have not had any morning sickness.  I am however tired all the time and my breasts hurt like crazy still.  I was surprised I didn't have any either because my mother was hospitalized when she was pregnant with all three of her children, due to the morning sickness.  I'm so thankful every pregnancy is different :)

I started feeling queasy around give weeks and it's gotten progressively worse since then. I hear a lot of people say that MS didn't hit until around six weeks for them. And some never get it.

Trust me, when you do, if you do, you'll be sorry you ever asked about it.

I'm 5w4d and no m/s yet, for which I'm eternally grateful. I had it super bad with DD, so that I lost weight and didn't stop getting sick til 20 weeks, so I know exactly what I'm missing and am certainly not hoping for it!

My first too and I've been lucky so far as well. I had gotten a few "waves" of nausea but it passes pretty quickly. It made me worried at first :) But I "hear" all over the boards to be thankful and just go with it. I do have other symptoms so oddly that makes me feel better - although it still doesn't feel real. I don't think it will until my first u/s - which my dr said is at 20 weeks!! WAY to long to wait as far as I'm concerned....

1 - you're lucky if you dont get any

2 - just because you're not sick at 5 weeks, doesn't mean it wont come to bite you at 7 weeks :)

I just have mild cramping and small waves of nausea. Very mild though. Sounds normal to me..

You're fine.  Some people get sick or become more sensitive and some don't. You are very early in your pregnancy and m/s can show up at any time in the first tri, or not at all.  I didn't really have any, and I had a perfectly healthy pregnancy resulting in a perfectly healthy child.

It it could start later. With DD my morning sickness did not begin until 7 or 8 weeks....

Agreed.  I was worried too in early pregnancy and six weeks hit and I've been completely miserable ever since.  I was not prepared for the emotional toll that m/s would cause.

If you end up not having morning sickness, throw a party and invite everyone you've ever met because that's a really awesome thing. I have had Hyperemesis (extreme morning sickness) with both of my pregnancies to the point where I was on home health care needing IV fluids all day, every day, and if I could have avoided that I would have rejoiced. I don't want to burst your bubble either but my M/S never started until the 5 week mark and then went on until 27 weeks with the first and 20ish weeks with this one.
