Do your stretch marks hurt?

I discovered my first stretch mark on my tummy yesterday. :(

Do yours hurt or itch? It goes from being itchy in the morning to hurting like an open scratch.

Any tips to reducing the sensitivity?

Yes. It feels like my skin is tearing!! ...which is basically is.

No idea on pain relief though. It does go away fairly quickly.. (within a couple days I would say).

mine get itchy, i find that staying really well hydrated helps, and i put moisturizing oil on it but that's really cause i like it, I cant tell if its actually making any improvements.

Itchy. I remember with DS I was super itchy. Not as itchy this time around because I am making sure I stay well hydrated and put lotion on a few times a day.

I didn't get stretch marks until the end of my last pregnancy, but they were super itchy. Keep hydrated and use lots of moisturizer.
