My IVF Protocol - low AMH & PGS testing

With the start of my period today...we are ready to start the IVF process.  Everything we do from this point forward will be for this to work...so FX. Since we are doing IVF with PGS, there are only so many spots available at our clinic each month. We had to push everything off a month, so here's our plan...

Been on a slew of vitamins since 12/1/2012 - DHEA, Vitamin B, C, D, LCartine, Co-Q, Fish Oil, Prenatal (this one for 2+ years)...

12/31/2012 - Period Arrives
1/1/2013 - Start 4mg Estrace
2/11/2013 - Begin 10mg Provera daily for 7 days
2/17/2013 - Stop Estrace/Provera
2/22/2013 - If no period, call. Begin BCP
3/05/2013 - Last BCP
3/05/2012 - Supression ultrasound and blood tests
3/07/2013 - DH and I take Z-Pak
3/08/2013 - Begin Dexamethasone, continue prenatal and start baby aspirin daily
3/08/2013 - Begin Microdos Lupron 10 Units, 12 hours apart
3/10/2013 - Begin Fertility Drug/Dosage
3/10/2013 - Begin Injections of Saizen 23 units (Growth Hormone)
3/12/2013 - Day 3 Labs
3/15/2013 - Day 6 Labs and Scan
3/18/2013 - Day 9/10 Labs and Scan
3/20/2013 - 3/22/2013 - Tentative ER
IVF with ICSI
Send off for PGS testing. FX!! FET 6-8 weeks later.

So there it is. I know some of you who have been through an IVF cycle are probably laughing at all my dates and I know plans change...but it feels good to have something down and in writing....for now :)

IF Treatment started December 2011
Late DX DOR after 10 months of treatment | AMH-.23, FSH-11.1
Stag II Endo removed in July 2012
5 Rounds of Clomid(50-150mg), TI & IUI#1 = BFNs
3 Rounds of Femara(5mg) & Prog, TI, IUI#2, IUI#3 = BFNs
Supplements include DHEA, CoQL, L-Caratine, Vitamin C/D/B3, Fish Oil, and Prenatal
March IVF cycle canceled due to cyst
April IVF #1 - Lupron, Saizen, Menapur, Gonal-F, baby aspirin and dexamethasone | AFC 8 >> 9R, 4M, 2F w/ ICSI...looking to do PGS testing...Stopped dividing at day 3.
Retested AMH, dropped to undetectable at <.16.
Trying to decide what to do next...

Is your PGS at 5 days? Can you tell me why your FET is 6-8 weeks later? May be doing IVF in Feb if this cycle is a BFN, but haven't sat down to talk ivf specifics with my RE except that I will be doing PGS at 5 day. 

It's nice to have a plan...good luck! 
41.5 yrs old/Husband 49.2 (no mfi). Mild PCOS 01/2011 natural BFP- 02/24/2011 natural miscarriage at 8w0d. 01/2012 1cm polyp inside my uterus removed during Hysteroscopy. 02/2012 Unmedicated IUI #1 BFP, 04/2012 Baby stopped growing D&C at 8w2d. Blood Chromosome Analysis for me and DH-normal. MTHFR (positive for one copy C677T-heterozygous). PAI-1 (positive for one copy 4G Varient-heterozygous). Positive ANA 1:80. Taking Citra Natal plus DHA, Metanx, Synthyroid (for subclinical hypothyroid), CoQ10, Vit D, and Daily Baby Aspirin. 07/2012 AMH 1.8, FSH 7, AFC 16ish. 08/2012 Mini-Lap MYOMECTOMY to remove 3 intramural fibroids. 10/2012 IUI #2 (no meds except trigger) BFN. 11/2012 IUI #3 Gonal F, trigger, endometrin. BFN. 12/2012 IUI #4 Gonal F, trigger, endometrin. BFN. 01-02/2013 IVF #1 MDL protocol (20mdl, 450 follistim, 150 menopur). 13R, 10M, 8F, 6 went to PGS. PGS results=6 genetically abnormal. 03/13-New RE 04/13-05/13 IVF #2 Follistim (not much)/Menopur (a ton)/Ganirelix. 21R, 15M, 12F, 9 blasts, PGSing and Praying for a miracle. SA: Perfect! CD3 b/w=Elevated Prolactin? HSG = Blocked Right Tube
April- Femara 2.5mg + Trigger + IUI = BFN
May- Femara 5mg = CX - No Response on Left = BFN
June- Femara 7.5mg + Trigger + IUI = BFN
August- Lap & Hysteroscopy = Blocked & Partially Blocked Tubes
Scar Tissue Removed, Left Tube Partially Open
September- Femara 5mg = CX - No Response on Left = BFN
October- 100mg Clomid + Trigger + TI = BFN
IVF # 1: Stims 11/30 ER 12/12/12! (10R, 8F, 2 Transferred, 6 Frosties!)
Beta #1- 176 c/p @ 4w4d
FET #1 February 26th
Lost 4 Frosties to Thaw, Transferred 2 = BFFN
IVF # 2 in May Stims Begin 5/10
ER 5/21

Good luck! I'm low AMH also but on an estrogen priming protocol so it looks different. Who knows, it's so confusing lol

They will freeze at 5 days, send cells off to Natera for PGS testing...so from the time the freeze to sending off to the PGS testing to shipping back, I think the entire process takes 6-8 additional weeks after the ER.
