I had this, and it lasted until I was about 7-8 weeks. The ultrasound tech told me it was just the ovary I ovulated from pressing against a nerve. It stays enlarged for awhile as it produces hormones until the placenta takes over for the most part. If it worsens or is accompanied by bleeding, get it checked out.
