11 weeks and a sore throat

I am 11 weeks pregnant and have been suffering a sore throat for a week now what is safe for me to use to fix this problem?

Tea, honey, lemon.

Gargle with warm salt water.

These are the things I have done before I got pregnant because I don't like the haze of cold meds. Totally natural, totally safe.

Make sure u r taking all prenatals and extra calcium and vitamin d, also take some vitamin c!

Call your OB, there are plenty of over the counter meds that are safe to take while pg.  Don't guess though, check with your dr.

I am 10 weeks with my first and have had a sore throat for a few weeks now. Just bought a humidifier a few days ago. It made a huge difference. I think the dry air during the winter is bothering me alot more than it ever did before i was pregnant.
