Yup. The technical term is bicornuated uterus. It can cause preterm labour and women with this can also be at higher risk for having a breech baby and requiring a c section. There are varying degrees though, which would determine to what extent the risks are involved. In extreme cases it can cause an incompetent cervix, resulting in very early preterm births and some women require a stitch to keep their cervix closed. Your dr should be able to tell you how severe the malformation is. If you've already had two healthy babies, chances are its not severe.
