What BCP are you on? Side effects?

I've been on a few different BCPs in my lifetime, but nothing has been as evil as the one I am on now, Loestrin. I've been on it for about a week and a half and I'm starting to feel some side effects. My boobs feel like eletricity is shooting through them, anda few times a day I'll get a shooting cramp similar to AF cramps only sharper and quicker. I am cranky and angry at everybody, I want to cry over silly stuff, and it's giving me really vivid dreams! I had a dream last night that a sales woman from a furniture store we shopped at broke into our house and I held her at gun-point! lol!

What BCPs are you ladies on? Did you notice any side effects? What were they?
Me (31) DH (35) - Finding our path to baby #1
Me: POF/DOR - AMH <0.16, heterozygous c677t MTHFR
DH: Severe MFI
12/2/11 - IUI #1- BFN
8/1/12 - IVF #1 - Zero response from max stims (600iu intramuscularly)
My ovaries seem to be just for decoration

12/6/12 - Adopted five embryos that had been frozen for over ten years!
2/11/13 - Thawed four, sadly two didn't survive. Transferred two beautiful blasts.

2/16/13 - First BFP of my life!
3/27/13 - No heartbeat at 9w0d. D&C the following day.

4/23/13 - Matched to adopt five new embryos!

I was on that one for awhile, I think the worst thing it did to me was weight gain. I think I gained 10lbs over night and lost it over night once I got off it. My RE says that one promotes cysts though. Now Im on Desogen and it makes me break out like a 16 year old in a chocolate factory. I think it makes me fat to. lol

I am on Reclipsen. I haven't really noticed any side effects, but I have been having crazy dreams since I started on it.
Me - 35 DH - 37 SD - 10
Married 10/8/2011
Started TTC July 2011. Infertility workup July & August 2012.
DH - all clear. Me - Unicornuate Uterus discovered at HSG 8/16/12. Referred for IVF 8/28/12. Approved for IVF Warranty Program 10/2/12. Laparoscopy 11/1/12 - removed right rudamentary horn, both tubes, left ovarian cyst and endometriosis. Given all clear for pregnancy after 1/1/2013.
IVF cycle 1 starts 1/19/13!
12 eggs, 7 mature and all 7 fertilized - 2 Frosties!!
5 day SET 2/4/13 - Beta 2/13: 86 & 2/15: 186 BFP!!!!

Oh, man Loestrin is the devil! I was on it for a few months before starting TTC and I HATED everyone, including myself, and everything. My OBGYN told me that the 1st 3 months on a new BCP can be pretty much anything goes as far as s/e. So I stayed on it but after 3 months I still felt awful all.the.time! When I went back in Aug of this year to talk about taking BCP for a few months for endo my dr gave me samples of Loestrin. I gave them back and said no way was I taking that mess ever again!! So super giant ((HUGS)) to you because I know it majorly sucks! Sorry I'm not very encouraging, but luckily you won't have to take them for too long!

Multiple clomid rounds from 11/2010 to 6/2011. ~ All BFN
IUI w/clomid 7/2011. IUI w/clomid & injectables 11/2011 & 1/2012. ~ All BFN
Occasionally using acupuncture.
IVF #1:EPP 5/2012 ~ (4R, 3M, 2F w/ICSI). Both embies txfrd. ~ BFN
BCP to manage Endo from 10/2012 to 12/2012.
PAIF/SAIF always welcome!

I am on Desogen.  I am about to start my third month on it... Definitely not the best pill I’ve been on but I think the side effects are becoming less pronounced now.  Unfortunately, the break outs and the bloating have decided to stick around though.  For some reason I find the first few days of each new package to be the worst for mood swings and crazy dreams.  
TTC #1
Dx = AMA/DOR, hypothyroid, submucosal fibroid, adenomyosis, mild MFI
IUI#1-3 = BFN
IVF #1 (EPP Antagonist); 3R, 2M, 1F; 3dt of one 12-cell embryo = BFN
IVF #2 (EPP MDLF); 6R, 4M, 3F; 3dt of 1-7 cell, 1-8 cell & 1-10 cell = BFP; confirmed C/P @ 4w2d
Genetic carrier screening negative (CF, Fragile X, SMA, Tay Sachs)
Karyotyping, autoimmune & thrombophilia panels all normal
IVF#3 (DE); 13R, 12M, 8F; 5dt of two “excellent quality” blasts = BFP
Beta#1 = 203, Beta #2 = 81, Beta #3 = 17; confirmed C/P @ 5w1d

I am on Apri (generic desogen) and had no issues. I tolerate BCPs well though. 

TTC #1 since 8/1/10; Me:39 and BRCA1+, DH:45
DOR (FSH 24.3)/ terrible egg quality
5 IUI's: 2/11 to 6/11 and 1/12= BFN
OE IVF#1-4 8/11-6/12= all BFN
DE IVF#5 11/12 bad embryos= BFFN
FINAL DE IVF #6 1/13: cancelled as second donor backed out during stims
Was added last minute as 3rd recipient to new donor on 1/18; ET1/23/13
2/1/13 BFP for the first time ever; Beta hell for several weeks: miscarriage 7 wks

I started Necon on 12/24 after not being on BCP for almost 3 years and I had some side effects and still am.  The nausea was/is unbearable at times, I am very moody and short tempered and my sex drive is non existant.

This morning I lost my sh*t on one of my employees Embarrassed  I dont know what came over me but I couldnt stop myself!!! Granted she did do something wrong but I overreacted and I just couldnt help it.  I had to suck it up and appologize.  Thank god my staff know me well and know that I am never like that. 

God I hope this doesnt get worse! LOL!

I'm on Desogen too and the main thing I see is weight gain but I don't know if I can blame that or the lupron.

I was also on Loestrin.  I was hungry all the time and my boobs got bigger.  That's about it, though.

I'm on Marvelon which is the same as Mircette. 

I used to take this when I was younger (15 years ago).  I remember stopping it because it was driving me mad, but thought it would be okay for a short period of time. 

I have been nauseous and dizzy for 3 weeks, ever since I started taking it.  I have no appetite and just depressed.

("and VERY VERY cranky" according to my DH who is reading over my shoulder as I type this.)

I can't wait to stop on January 18th!
