1 month old sleeps all day

How do I change my baby's days and nights? She is 4 weeks old tmr and sleeps most of the day...sometimes up to 4 hours at once. At night, she's up every 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I try to wake her during the day, but she just wants to sleep. I have two older kids and could really use that 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep at night!!

We are going through the same struggle right now. I'm trying to do things like diaper changes, tummy time, removing clothing that I know will wake him up. Once he is awake, I talk to him, rub him, etc to keep him up. I try keeping him awake for at least 30 minutes after he eats. But, on days like today where DD is being more difficult, I'm somewhat grateful he is asleep right now.

We're in the same boat too, although DS is ~3 weeks. I'm really having a tough time with my little night owl!!! Excited for suggestions!

Is she in a loud, well lit area during the day? Sometimes it helps to promote that bright chaos during the day and dark peacefulness at night. Try keeping her up a little longer each stretch during the day. It won't happen overnight, but she will eventually start to adapt.

I make the day time naps noisy and light.  I have LO nap in the living room next to me on the sofa, lights on, t.v. on, washing dishes, etc.  Night time I swaddle, darken the room, use a soother.

I had this problem in the beginning also.  Our doctor told us to keep her on a feeding schedule and that would work it out (feeding every 3 hours).  It has worked for us.

ETA: You don't have to wake them or a bottle in the middle of the night if they're sleeping.
