I totally know what you mean about sometimes liking a name and other times being doubtful. I've eliminated most of those names from my list because I'm tired of the back and forth and I have others that I consistently like/love. As for your names:
Carina (cah-reen-ah) - I like that it's different but don't really like it on its own.
Daphne (not sure I love the daff sound) - don't like it either
Marina - this was on my list! I like it a lot but cut it because of the boat association. I would consider putting it back on if there weren't a handful of other names I definitely like more that don't have the same sort of reservation.
Sienna (van?) - Yeah, I don't love it... kind of prefer Sierra between the two but don't love either.
Sabrina - I like this one!
Sabina - I used to know a girl with this name and really like it, but I feel like it would forever be confused with Sabrina. Still, it's pretty.
Veda (pronounced Vay-duh) - not a fan
Wren (sometimes I think Ren....as in Stimpy) - DEFINITELY not a fan - this is one of those names I see mentioned on here and can't understand the appeal at all. I like girl names to sound feminine (though I do prefer shorter names - one or two syllables mostly), and Wren, along with names like Blair and Sloane, turn me off big-time. Not at all feminine to me.
Good luck!
