Emerson: easy to spell, but unfamiliar, especially to older people
Gemma: may have some confusion over G vs. J, but a lovely name.
Everlee: this is not an improvement over Emelyn — you will have exactly the same problems
Hattie: Very cute. You will probably have to repeat yourself a bit, as it is an old lady name that not everyone knows.
Olivia: You'll never have to spell it.
Rayna: see Everlee.
Scarlett: I don't care for this name, but it is easier to spell than Emelyn
Brynlee: see Everlee, Rayna
Brielle: see Scarlett
If your top concern is having people spell it correctly and not having to repeat yourself, I think Olivia and Amelia are probably your best bets.
