Kingston54:Interesting regarding the caffeine. I generally do not drink any caffeine or I drink decaf coffee. Lastnight DH stopped at Dunkin and I got a "decaf" tea. When we got home, I noticed it was regular! So I quickly took out the regular tea bags and put in two raspberry leaf tea bags. The regular tea had steeped the ride home. About 5 minutes or less.
Can that amount of caffeine do this?
I have an occasional iced tea so I'm wondering if past dizzy spells also have this same connection... Or if the decaf coffee could be affecting me with that small amount of caffeine that is in there...
I think that the feeling could be contributed by a handful of things, so it's hard to say what affects one person would affect you the same way. It's what I've noticed personally for me, but hopefully you can get some better answers from your doctor, especially when they check your pulse/BP.
I also have diagnosed anxiety, so even without caffeine, I can sometimes feel that way, especially if I have a lot going on that day or I'm thinking about a lot of things. (Not necessarily "bad" or "scary" things)
