I get the way too when I'm pregnant. I just started keeping a calendar with all my appointments and important events. Can you ask your the office to call you the day before your appointment to remind you? I mixed things up twice and missed appointments with my second pregnancy, so now I make sure to get a reminder call for all appointments, even when I'm not pregnant. It can get to be a lot to remember especially after baby is born and you have frequent appointments.
