I am in Human Resources and my best advice is to let them know when you feel comfortable in telling them of course after you are offered the job.
They should only be looking to see if you are qualified for the position. Most employers offer short term disability to employees who have been there for 6 months are longer. You wouldn't qualify for FMLA because you haven't been there for a year. I would definitely look at their benefits package once you are hired on. I hope this information helps.
