My 1st IF board vent!

I think 99.8 of the people on my Pinterest are pregnant, but not out to the world,and posting all kinds of pregnancy related stuff and it's angering me because I can't even mindlessly scan anything without being bombarded by all the happy pregnant people in the world and here I sit resenting these girls because their hubby's can look at them and they get pregnant and we have to pay tens of thousands of dollars to get pregnant only to have it taken immediately from us..... Uuuuuuugh!!!!!

((Hugs)) I know exactly how you feel! The ones that get me are boards for baby #2 and they started TTC #1 after I did.

Laparotomy with partial oophorectomy 8/2009 to remove cysts/endo. Stopped BC 4/2010.
Multiple clomid rounds from 11/2010 to 6/2011. ~ All BFN
IUI w/clomid 7/2011. IUI w/clomid & injectables 11/2011 & 1/2012. ~ All BFN
Occasionally using acupuncture.
IVF #1:EPP 5/2012 ~ (4R, 3M, 2F w/ICSI). Both embies txfrd. ~ BFN
BCP to manage Endo from 10/2012 to 12/2012.
PAIF/SAIF always welcome!

PAIF RESPONSE...

...and so, I don't Facebook, I'm not on Pinterest unless I'm looking for something, I don't follow anybody's twitter or Instagram.... I just kind if blocked all of that out so that we could focus on family and getting pregnant.

I'm not saying you have to ditch social media by any means, but when you feel sucked in and pissed off, it's okay to take a break!

...or just go slap em all!!!!

I know Lainey. Just seemed like 100 billion of my friends are pregnant right now and have lapped me 3 times since we've been on this IF journey. I'm addicted to social media but I did just delete my Pinterest app from my iPad. I can sensor FB a whole lot easier than Pinterest. I don't normally btch about it, just plucked me today.

Several of my friends have "pregnancy/baby" related boards on pinterest, but are not expecting. It's like a "wish list" type of thing. Of course, I haven't been on pinterest or FB in a while.

I have a Maybe Baby board on Pinterest. Sometime when I get down I pin things to it and it cheers me up - trying to be optimistic, I guess

 But I get what you are saying. I swear EVERYONE I know is pregnant or has had a baby in the past year!

Married 10/8/2011
Started TTC July 2011. Infertility workup July & August 2012.
DH - all clear. Me - Unicornuate Uterus discovered at HSG 8/16/12. Referred for IVF 8/28/12. Approved for IVF Warranty Program 10/2/12. Laparoscopy 11/1/12 - removed right rudamentary horn, both tubes, left ovarian cyst and endometriosis. Given all clear for pregnancy after 1/1/2013.
IVF cycle 1 starts 1/19/13!
12 eggs, 7 mature and all 7 fertilized - 2 Frosties!!
5 day SET 2/4/13 - Beta 2/13: 86 & 2/15: 186 BFP!!!!

Natural PG 9/27/11; MC at 8wks. Used Cytotec to expel: 1/20/12 (unpleasant)
First RE visit: 8/8/12, Saline Sonogram: 8/28/12(4cm unknown mass in upper left of uterus) 2nd Saline Sonogram: 10/2/12 (mass disappeared!) IVF injection class: 10/11/12
IVF #1: 10/17/12 Baseline: FSH- 9.4, E2- 24, LH- 3.7, Progesterone- 0.3. 6 follicles in my right ovary & 9 in my left. Rx: 150 Bravelle & 150 Menopur SQ in AM. 10/21/12: Add Ganirelix SQ in PM. 10/26/12: hCG Trigger IM. ER 10/28/12: 13R, 7M, 6F. 5 Made it to PGS. ET 11/2/12: CANCELED. PGS: All 5 have "severe abnormalities." Devastated. Begged RE for back-to-back IVFs; Started Provera 11/2/12. AF said FU and came anyway, destroying any chance for a Dec IVF. Maxed out lifetime IF meds insurance. I can barely breathe, waiting to get through this process, hoping for my take-home-baby.

Ugh, I'm sorry, and know exactly how you feel.  My poor sister called the other day and before she said anything I just blurted out, "If you're calling to tell me you're pregnant...today is not the day!"

1 IUI = BFN
1 Clomid Cycle = BFN
IVF #1 w/ICSI, only 2 viable eggs. 7A & 8A 3dt = BFN

I am with yoU. I deleted a friend from FB because she recently became a grandma. Now granted I would not have chosen to have a baby in high school but still she totally lapped me by a generation!
TTC since 5/11 both uf us are >35 Clomid 4cycles pregnancy ended in MC 6/12 IUI #1,2, 3 and 4 ALL BFN. Moved on to IVF in Jan. 2013 Beta #1 288, Beta #2 529 Heartbeat on 2/8! no heart beat at 15 weeks, baby is dead.

I'm with you. I got the official BFN on my first IUI this morning, and as soon as I open my email I get someone's pregnancy announcement.

I'm also getting to the point that I don't want to look at my FB anymore.

2/28/13 - heart rate = 147bpm!! Measuring on target!

first vent!?!? Well I say have at it, you deserve a good vent after all you have been struggling with!
Me:33 TTC since 2008 Feb08: ruptured Ectopic(surgically removed right tube and ovary) Oct12: Began seeing a Fertility Doctor Dx:Anovulation, Provera to force period, clomid 50mg, Day 12 ultrasound showed no follicles/no ovulation. Dec12: Day 3 Antral Follicle Count; ONE, FSH also jumped from 8.4 to 24, increased clomid dosage to 150mg

I agree with you.  I try to always be happy for people, but some of them are just getting ridiculous with their fertility.  Stupid fertile show offs :P

IVF 12-21-2012 - 2 I think perfect no matter what the dr graded them (2B)embryos transferred Beta on 12-31-12 Positve - Beta is 21
Beta 2 1-2-13 - 31
Beta 3 1-4-13 - 53
Beta 4 1/9 - 212!
Ultrasound 1/10 - Nothing completely empty uterus Beta 1/14 - 743; Beta 1/17 - 1704 ultrasound shows nothing. Officially a miscarriage. 1/21 Beta 3900 Dr. says it ectopic. Ultrasound shows a miracle heartbeat right in the uterus where it belongs! Dr. says I can be cautiously optomistic!!! Hang in there baby!
