Constant stomach aches

Is anyone else having constant stomach aches? It feels like I have to poop all the time, but can't usually go. My sIL is 10w with a second pg and she is having this too. So weird. My husband a dr says its normal. Has anyone found anything to help with it?
Married on 3.20.2004. It took 30 month, 2 failed adoptions and IVF for our first miracle. We have had 9 foster kids since he was born and started the domestic adoption process when he was 10 month old, we had 4 failed matches in that time. After our daughter was born we brought her home and spent 2 weeks fearing we might lose her because of complications that came up. But Praise God all went through and she is ours forever! Mine hurts pretty regularly after dinner.  I take tums or rolaids.  Could just be indigestion.

I have been getting stomach cramps too, like I have to go .. but after a few minutes they go away and I can't go :/

Yes. I was awake from 1 to 2 am doing child's pose last night trying to get some relief.

At first it really freaked me out because I thought it was uterine cramps. Then I went 2 and realized that was the problem. Ah the magic of pregnancy.

Do your prenatals have extra iron? If so, it's probably that.

August is our favorite month!
Married 8/6/2005. DS #1 Born 8/2/2011. Baby #2 8/13/2013!
