Does anyone else feel like this?

I am 25 weeks and I feel like I don't know what's going on with my body anymore!! I used to know my body now I have no idea. I've been getting these feelings like I need to lay down. before pregnancy I would be able to tell if I was sick or just tired. Now it's like I can't tell. I know this probably sounds stupid but it's just really weird for me. I never know what my body is trying to tell me anymore. Am I the only one? I feel like I'm not in control of it and I don't like that feeling lol

I am definitely not in control of my body. If I was, I would get rid of this heartburn!

I definitely feel like that. My husband will ask me what's wrong and all I can say is "Babe I don't know."  His response is always, "Just pregnant, huh?"  Uh...DUH!  Lol he tries to make me feel better but the problem is, I don't know what will make me feel better.  I do feel like I'm coming down with something, but it never hits if that makes sense.  That feeling you get when you know you're getting sick and there's nothing you can do about it.  I don't feel in control of my body either, but I've stopped worrying about it and just go with the flow.  I felt better when I stopped fighting it.  And when all else fails, I take a nap!  That always makes me feel better, even if it's only temporary.

Well I am so glad I'm not the only one! And I nap a lot now and that's something that I never used to do before I got pregnant. but sometimes it's the only thing that makes me feel better!!
