Carnation77:I started trying bananas this week and they actually work for me. You might want to give them a shot. Of course, that only gets me through the morning/afternoon. By the evening I'm dead tired again.
This is interesting because I had a banana with my breakfast this AM and I feel much better today than yesterday. Of course today I had eggs, hash browns and toast and yesterday I only ate a mini bagel...so it could be the banana or the protein and extra calories. Hmmm....
