Tips for energy?

Hello! I am 9 weeks along with my first child and I am extremely tired. I know this is nothing new but does anyone have any tips on hope to make it through the day? I still have a little caffeine but I can barely function! Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I will have to try cucumbers! I have heard bananas help also, but I'm not sure anything is helping me right now.

be sure to get your iron levels tested..if you are low that can make you more fatigued. however I got mine tested and they were good lol so I'm pretty much tired ALL The time and nothing I do helps :P waiting patiently for the 2nd tri!

I try to get 8-9 hours of sleep at night but no more, and then take a nap during the day. If I deviate from this, I get sluggish.

My DH got me a Happy Light for xmas.  I put it on for an hour in the morning at work, and it does help me feel a bit more awake and less tired throughout the day.

This is interesting because I had a banana with my breakfast this AM and I feel much better today than yesterday. Of course today I had eggs, hash browns and toast and yesterday I only ate a mini bagel...so it could be the banana or the protein and extra calories. Hmmm....
