Even though I have no appetite the only thing that gives me relief is continuously eating. Bland foods seem to help: toast and butter, english muffins, pizza crust... blah all boring foods. I don't seem to have a taste for anything.

Plain crackers or bagel chips help for me. I get Ginger Chews from World Market. Sour skittles helped me on the plane ride but I'd rather not rely on sugar. Hope you feel better soon!

I highly recommend SeaBands. If you haven't heard of them, they're acupressure wristbands that you wear to help curb nausea. They have helped me a lot in all of my pregnancies. You can find them at most pharmacies, and maybe Target and Walmart.
