Baby girl name idea

We found out we are having another girl! This is number two for us. We are really excited but  dh and I agreed on a boy name we liked and not having as much luck with girl names. What do you think of the name Kellan for a girls name?

I dont dislike it but I cant help but to immediately think of Kellan Lutz from Twilight.

Kellan doesnt sound girly enough to me. But if you guys love it thats all that matters.

My friends daughter is Kaylee... Maybe you can do a Kaylynn? or Kaelynn?

Id like to name a girl Alex... so trust me Im not against boyish names for girls!

What about Callan instead as the spelling...its a little more feminine? A friend of mine had that on her list and it would be Callie for short...Similar pronunciation, Irish origin...

I like the name for a boy, but for a girl it just sounds like one of those boy names you gave a girl to be trendy...

I think if you went with the C you're going to get a ton of mispronunciations as "Callin"

I know a guy named Callan - he looks like a little hobbit troll from the lord of the rings. not good. ugh.

Except that the actor from Twilight named Kellan is a guy.  It's his real name, not the character's name.

I don't like it for a girl.

I have a friend Kellen and she is adorable :)

Since PP are throwing out other K options, I know a Kalynne and a Kalan, both prounced the same way.

I have a female friend named Kelin, pronounced like Kellan. I think you should go for it if you like it. It's unusual but not too crazy! :)

This.  And like at least two NFL football players.  Oh, and my nephew.  And my friend from high school's son. 

I just don't get this trend of boy names on girls.  It's awful.

DD's name is Kellen and we love it.  No one ever says anything about it being a "boy's name" and we get tons of compliments on it.  It also is not super popular so it is nice that she has a unique name :)
