sancheese:I like Carmen and I think it will age well. Not to sure.about the other
Agreed.
You're going for "Bye-lah" right? I really don't like it.
Carmen is alright, but it's kind of rough IMO.
I would make these Bailey and Camilla, or Brielle and Camille

LemonBlush:I like Carmen. I don't like Baila at all.
Anyone with a working knowledge of Spanish will probably be able to figure out how to pronounce Baila. I like the name a lot: it's unusual without sounding like it's from a bad sci-fi film. In addition to its Spanish meaning, it is a Yiddish name meaning "white" (http://www.behindthename.com/name/baila).
Carmen is also a lovely name. It has a strength to it that I enjoy. I also like "Carmela"-- it seems more lyrical, lighter on its feet, and more in line with the Baila vibe.
