Pregnancy bloat has absolutely nothing to do with eating.
Not true, with slower processing of food and more of your metabolism going towards blood production and baby growing, the food you eat sticks around in your gut longer and increased appetite and what you eat all help to contribute to bloat.
It's not due to overeating, which is what the other poster was insinuating.
Slowed processing is more likely to cause digestive discomfort than bloat. But yes, what you eat can affect it, however 99% of your bloat at this time if caused by the increased progesterone and not what you are eating.
