Maybe YH irritated your cervix? Maybe it was O spotting?
We can only speculate as it what it was.
OP, that's spotting. Spotting is okay in moderation. In fact, I almost never spot mid-cycle, but I did earlier this cycle.
Talking about spotting = not TMI
Taking a picture of it = TMI
(whatever you do, just don't take a picture of it)
